Thanks very nuch for your detailed information. I personally think that unless there are other special strong reasons, all services that listed in the CC's post should be provided.
Or else, it is regarded as "Cheat" because Ching has paid the agreed amount but CC cannot provide the promised services. There are quite a lot agents pretending to be girl students or real CCs, particularly in summer holidays, to cheat so that we must be pretty careful. Good reports may be taken as a reference but never 100% believe them as most of them are fake. |
